The Nursing Home Administrator is over a 100 bed residence that encourages an independent lifestyle and individual creativity and growth.
The staff members enjoy learning about each resident’s personal interests and enjoyments, and they plan activities to meet these needs.
Activities may include group exercise, ice cream socials, book clubs, gardening, and arts and crafts.
They also offer programs to meet the spiritual needs of our residents, as well as pet therapy to improve our residents’ emotional well-being.
They are proud that their community serves as our residents’ home as well as a gathering place for family and friends.
A patio and courtyard are popular for the residents’ get-togethers or to simply enjoy the sun on a warm day.
The facility is a dually certified, skilled nursing care, and offers a wide array of services which include long-term care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, hospice care, respite care services.
Our in-house physical, speech, occupational therapists treat both short-term intensive and long-term extensive care residents.
Each day, the therapists help our residents to stand tall and enjoy life again.


Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Additionally, the Administrator must also operate the facility in accordance with the facility’s budget.


A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.
Possess three (3) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.
Must posses a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
Have not received state or federal deficiencies at a scope & severity above a level G.
Must be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc.
Must be knowledgeable of federal and state anti-discrimination and anti-harassment employment laws and regulations
Must have a sincere caring for and interest in the elderly and have the ability to communicate policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc., to personnel, residents, families, and government agencies.

The company is offering a salary between 90-100K depending for experience for the position along with a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement.
