A nationwide company is starting a call center operation in Nashville.  They need a veteran call center HR Business Partner or Manager to step in, quickly take the reins, and build the call center team.  You'll function independently as the sole HR team member in Nashville as an extension of the corporate office. Reporting directly to the corporate HR leader, you be implementing the startup operations in Nashville including employee relations and high volume recruiting.

The company is interested in candidates with previous HR call center experience, who know the Nashville marketplace, and can work with local recruiting agencies to hire approximately 100 people.

You'll be fully supported by the corporate HR team with orientation, training, and with robust HRIS technology.  The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, salary in the $65K range, and a flexible schedule (some remote work will be available).  Their aggressive growth will also provide increased opportunities for promotions and responsibility.
