EXCELLENT NURSE MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Our client is looking for an experience RN Telehealth manager.  This position is responsible for managing all telehealth staff.  This is a six-figure salaried job for experience RN telehealth, call center, or patient service center managers in the local Torrence CA area.  The company is not offering relocation or sponsorship.

Responsible for providing expert clinical and administrative leadership to teammates within a Patient Support/Telehealth Department to ensure efficiency of operations and functions. Under the supervision of a clinician, this teammate is responsible for managing and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed related to patient clinical care and safety. Responsible for performing operational duties as required under the supervision of the Lead clinician, site administrator or designee. 
 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification requiring formal education beyond a two-year college.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Current California RN license.
  • Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support for Providers, by American Heart Association (AHA)- (100% online certification is not acceptable).
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred- (100% Online certification is not acceptable).

 

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

  • 5 years experience managing a Patient Support Center or Telehealth Center.
  • Must hold a valid RN License
